PCI Council educates industry about security risks

Digital Transactions: The Payment Card Industry Council is getting set to elect a board of advisors, launch educational programs for merchants, and conduct a meeting that aims to update security rules. The announcements come in the wake of data breaches at two retail chains and amid concerns that small merchants need help with PCI's requirements.
