Innovus selects Solvport to oversee ATM monitoring, service dispatching

DALLAS — Innovus ATM LLC, an independent ATM service provider, is signing a one-year deal with Solvport for monitoring and service dispatching for its network of approximately 1,300 ATMs.
According to a news release, Solvport's new monitoring team will support Innovus' portfolio, helping Innovus stay on top of ATM issues.
"Solvport is an outstanding company that will provide Innovus services that both us and our customers appreciate," said Sally Gerstner, Innovus' vice president of operations.
Additionally, Solvport is expected to refurbish all of Innovus' equipment that goes out into the field, as well as staging all new Innovus placements before the ATMs are shipped back out to the field.
