Ind. FI extends contract with First Data

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. - First Data Corp. has extended its relationship with Indiana-based Forum Credit Union for offerings from First Data Debit Services.  

According to a news release, the agreement extends Forum's use of Star Network access, the financial institution's primary network for ATM and point-of-sale transactions; signature debit-card processing; debit-card production; ATM driving; shared deposits, which allows cardholders to conduct savings or checking account deposits at ATMs belonging to other Star-participating FIs; gateway access to ATM and POS networks; fraud risk identification; CV PIN validation; and MasterCard SecureCode, to help protect consumers from unauthorized Internet purchases.

In addition, Forum is expected to add a gift-card stored-value card program through First Data Prepaid Services.
