Nautilus Hyosung America has exceeded 15,000 ATMs and recyclers under maintenance contracts — a threefold increase in less than two years' time, a company press release said.
"A little over a year ago, we reached the mark of having 5,000 ATMs in service, by this summer we had doubled that to 10,000 ATMs and now just a few months later we've already reached 15,000 ATMs," vice president of service Tony Manno said in the release. "And there are no signs of us slowing down."
Over the past year, the company has expanded its service offerings and said that it expects to at least double its staff of field service engineers — from 350 to more than 700 — within the next few years.
The company is expanding the capabilities of its service operation center as well, with new tools that enable real-time visibility and reporting on service level agreements.
Additionally, the new service facilitates frictionless turnaround time on maintenance and a more streamlined call management system based on GPS and accessibility, the release said.
"Our sustained growth and momentum are a true testament to the value and trust our clients put in Hyosung," said Nautilus Hyosung America Chief Operating Officer Sungmahn Kim. "We're honored to be able to offer our clients the industry's most advanced and comprehensive service offerings from end to end."
