FSS launches managed services center

MUMBAI, India - Financial Software & Systems Ltd. announced in a news release the launch of its FSSNeT Managed Services Centre in Mumbai.

"FSS has started from humble beginnings and has become a force to reckon with in the payments industry today, and this FSSNeT Managed Services Centre Facility is very unique and will be of huge advantage for all the banks deploying ATMs and other delivery channels in the country," said Shri R.N.Ramanathan, State Bank of India's deputy managing director.

The MSC offers new service enhancements to banks, comprising the ATM, POS, value-added services and help desk verticals.

MSC provides those services directly to Indian banks through partnerships with technology, network and systems suppliers, application providers and service providers, including OptiCash, Wincor, TVS-E and India Prepaid Services.

The center monitors and manages around 600 ATMs across India, and is designed to manage 7,500 ATMs.
