Euronet's Brown adds president to his titles

Kansas City Business Journal: Euronet Worldwide Inc. chairman and chief executive Mike Brown is adding president to his titles, effective Dec. 31. The announcement came earlier this month, after the transaction processor's president and chief operating officer, Daniel Henry, announced his retirement Dec. 7. According to a regulatory filing, Brown is not expected to receive a pay increase or any additional bonuses. Brown, who co-founded Euronet with Henry in 1994, is the company's third-largest shareholder.
