Euronet reports earnings increase, ATM revenue improvement

GuruFocus.com:Euronet Worldwide Inc., which offers financial payment gateways, outsourcing and consulting services to financial institutions and mobile operators, has reported an annual average earning growth of 23.7 percent over the past 5 years. The company's average monthly revenue per ATM was $1,639 for the first quarter 2009, compared to $1,366 for the first quarter 2008, and revenue per transaction was 29 cents for 1Q 2009 and 1Q 2008. Gross profit increased to $27.3 million during the quarter, up from the $26.5 million reported during the same period a year earlier.
