Euronet intros monitoring software

May 7, 2007

LEAWOOD, Kan. - Euronet USA Inc., the software subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide, is introducing a new transaction-processing-monitoring solution called Euronet Monitoring Utilities.

According to a news release, the solution is designed for financial institutions and is the most-recent addition to Euronet's software portfolio.

EMU offers a monitoring tool that allows FIs to tailor the level of monitoring. FIs can monitor ATMs, the ITM processing engine, the processing server, and network connections. If an issue is detected, EMU notifies the FI via break message or e-mail. Additional functionality includes information filtering, user permissions and task management.

"Euronet Monitoring Utilities allows the collection of in-depth data on transaction processing systems needed to thrive in today's competitive banking industry. Through proactive monitoring of their processing systems, our customers - financial institutions - can improve productivity and customer service by monitoring and reacting before issues occur," said Cindy Ashcraft, vice president of Euronet Worldwide and managing director of the Euronet software segment.
