ESQ Business Services Inc., a provider of advanced device monitoring solutions, has announced the availability of OperationsBridge Express, an ATM monitoring and management solution for community banks, credit unions and the providers who manage and service their ATMs.
OperationsBridge Express leverages the same technology core that powers the flagship ESQ OperationsBridge platform used by operators of some of the largest ATM networks globally, a press release said.
OBX is configured with reduced overall infrastructure and an emphasis on specific capabilities that meet the specific needs of the user. The product provides advanced remote diagnostics and repair capabilities that can help operators drive down costs, increase ATM availability and gather business insights data of value to their client FIs.
Josh Banta, vice president of Des Moines, Iowa-based ATM service provider Data Business Equipment, said, "DBE's implementation of the OB Express solution will allow us to keep pace with the changing market of self-service devices to ensure we are keeping our clients up do date with software while providing best in class service response."
