English village receives no-fee ATM

St. Albans Review and Observer: A no-fee ATM will make its debut in the Hertfordshire, England, village of Redbourn, after a five-month campaign by The Citizens Advice Bureau. Redbourn has one cash machine, which charges £1.50 (U.S. $1.92) for every use.
