Edcomm Banker's Academy, ATMIA announce global ATM survey

January 31, 2010

Edcomm Banker's Academy and the ATM Industry Association have joined forces to survey hundreds of ATM industry personnel from around the world.

According to a news release from ATMIA, Edcomm Banker's Academy and ATMIA expect the survey's results to help ATM operators gain knowledge, skills and certification needed to successfully operate and deploy ATMs worldwide.

The survey was administered to hundreds of ATM professionals from the United States, Canada, China, Australia, the United Kingdom, South Africa, the Caribbean and beyond working in fields such as ATM maintenance, ATM installation and ATM settlement, among others. Results gathered from the survey will help Edcomm Banker's Academy and the ATMIA gain the information they need to effectively create Best Practices for ATM Operations and a successful job-specific ATM Operations certification curriculum for ATM owners.
