February 4, 2007
MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. - Tranax Technologies Inc. and Eclipse Cash Systems, an independent-systems integrator that specializes in supporting large events, partnered to use Tranax Mini-Bank 4000 Series ATMs during the Super Bowl.
"We have tried machines from other vendors, but we switched to Tranax ATMS because their systems offer the greatest reliability and value combined with the highest level of support," said Derek Smith, president of Eclipse Cash Systems. "With an event as important as the Super Bowl, this is essential."
Eclipse Cash Systems said it expected to install 31 Mini-Bank 4000 ATMs for the event. The installation included the permanent indoor placement of 15 terminals and 10 temporary outdoor placements. In addition, six ATMs were to be installed at the NFL Experience, an ongoing interactive theme park.
