Diebold Inc. announced yesterday that it will provide mobile banking services for NavyArmy Federal Credit Union members as part of a managed services agreement Diebold has with the financial institution.
Diebold will deploy Diebold MobiTransact, enabling credit union members to pay bills, locate ATMs and branches and transfer funds between accounts.
Corpus Christi, Texas-based NavyArmy has more than 76,000 members and more than $919 million in deposits.
Diebold’s managed services contract includes software upgrades, first- and second-line maintenance, cash handling and assistance with regulatory compliance. The agreement also includes Agilis Campaign Office, which allows one-to-one marketing at the ATM terminal. The credit union owns 13 ATMs.
Diebold, which is based in North Canton, Ohio, signed a managed services agreement with NavyArmy in January.
