Diebold promotes Parcher, Rager to procurement posts

NORTH CANTON, Ohio - Diebold Inc. has named Linda Parcher and Mike Rager as its vice presidents of procurement direct.
According to a news release, Parcher will oversee all ATM and physical security direct-material purchases. She also will lead global procurement strategic-transformation initiatives, and be responsible for the supply-chain network that supports Diebold's global manufacturing.
Rager will be responsible for building world-class indirect material processes, including catalog management and execution after auction processes. He also will drive demand-management governance and spending controls.
Parcher served as director of direct global procurement before taking her new post. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration.
Rager served as director of indirect global-procurement as well enterprise-spend management before assuming his new post. He holds a bachelor's degree in business and a master's degree in industrial technology.
