Diebold Nixdorf rolls out new efficiency, security tools in managed services portfolio
Diebold Nixdorf has expanded its managed services portfolio to include new mobility management services and enhancements to its security and compliance and "as-a-service" offerings.
The new offerings expand end-to-end lifecycle management for financial institutions and retailers, a company press release said.
A new addition to the Diebold Nixdorf managed services portfolio, managed mobility services embrace the Internet of Things to support all in-store or in-branch mobility devices, including mobile self-scanners and peripherals, in a vendor-agnostic manner.
Diebold Nixdorf managed mobility services use real-time business analytics to enable proactive decision-making and actionable insights, the release said.
Additional enhancements to the company's managed services portfolio include global, standardized offerings that provide:
- ATM-as-a-service — Building on the company's existing self-service fleet management solutions, ATM-as-a-service is a flexible, subscription-based package that includes the end-to-end management, maintenance and implementation of software-driven technology to support ATM availability and security.
- Data-driven insights — An enhanced state-of-the-art web portal connects all devices in a retailer's or FI's network. The platform offers dashboards on health indexes, security updates, inventory management and more to increase operational efficiency and security.
- Security and compliance services — an expanded portfolio addresses security threats with multiple layers of protection and real-time access to security information.
