Diebold Nixdorf, Belfius Bank partner to simplify ATM channel management, streamline operations

Diebold Nixdorf Inc. has announced an expanded partnership with Belgian-owned Belfius Bank and Insurance to simplify ATM channel management, streamline operations and optimize the customer experience.

According to a press release, Belfius expects to increase efficiencies and reduce the total cost of ownership through self-service fleet management powered by Diebold Nixdorf AllConnect Services.

The bank will receive support from DN AllConnect Total Implementation Services, a program that coordinates the deployment of the systems based on a single point of contact.

Belfius will upgrade more than 650 branches and nearly 2,400 self-service machines with DN solutions that include:

Vynamic View Incident Manager.
The Vynamic Security software suite.
A software-driven cash recycler solution.
Vynamic Connection Points terminal application software with Vynamic Transaction Automation for expanded transaction options and a bridge to mobile and ATM connectivity.

The upgrades to Belfius branches and terminals are expected to be completed in 2020, the release said.
