Diebold names new VP of lean manufacturing, leaders of U.S. sales groups

NORTH CANTON, Ohio - Diebold Inc. has named Frank Natoli Jr. its new vice president of lean manufacturing and appointed two new heads within its U.S. sales organization.
 
According to a news release, Natoli will be responsible for driving lean enterprise in manufacturing-engineering, quality, materials-management, logistics, sales- and operations-planning and within the company's lean-core team. The company also named Mike Lee its vice president of sales in the Western United States and Mark Tankle its vice president for the Eastern United States.
 
All three have extensive experience with Diebold.
 
Natoli has been with Diebold since July 2005. He has held the titles of director or manufacturing-engineering and senior director of supply-chain solutions. Before Deibold, Natoli worked for Delphi Corp., where he led customer and program management. Natoli holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and master's in manufacturing management.
 
Before being named vice present of Western sales, through which he will oversee sales in 13 Western states, including Alaska and Hawaii, Lee served as vice president of Eastern area sales. 
Lee joined Diebold in 1982 and has served in a variety of roles, including general-business manager, regional-sales manager and finance controller. Lee holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in business administration.
 
Tankle, who will now lead sales in 10 states along the Eastern seaboard, including Washington D.C., most recently served as vice president of Diebold's strategic accounts - a position that allowed him to with some of the nation's largest financial institutions. Tankle joined Diebold in November 1987 as a sales associate. Before Diebold he was a regional manager for AT&T Information Systems. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing.
