Diebold named among top outsourcing service providers for third year in a row

NORTH CANTON, Ohio — Diebold Inc. has been recognized as one of the world's top outsourcing providers by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals organization. The recognition is Diebold's third from IAOP in the last three years.
According to a news release, the designation is awarded to companies that define the standard of excellence for outsourcing within an industry. Diebold was recognized for being a leader in comprehensive, turnkey outsourcing solutions in the financial self-service industry.
"This recognition by the IAOP for the third consecutive year underscores our unwavering commitment to the industries we serve and the solutions we provide," said Charles E. Ducey Jr., Diebold's senior vice president of global development and services. "Diebold has uniquely positioned itself to offer customers a tailored, end-to-end outsourcing solution that delivers the most innovative technologies available without the need for a large upfront capital expenditure. Our goal is to help our customers achieve their most strategic business goals by providing the tools and support necessary to ensure their success and the IAOP distinction means we're delivering on that promise."
This year IAOP included in its criteria a company's approach to corporate social responsibility. Diebold's CSR is focused on managing business processes that positively influence society, while leading through innovation via its employees, technology and services. IAOP judges also considered revenue, customer outcomes, relationship management approaches and management talent and experience.
