Credit unions look to mobile banking for competitive edge

MSN Money: PSCU Financial Services says it will provide mobile-banking services to the credit unions it services, many of them in the Tampa Bay area, and their membership.
The mobile-banking services, which are expected to be available in the second quarter of this year, are expected to help credit unions build membership and appeal to the needs of Gen-Y customers. The service also plans to help credit unions served by PSCU to compete with banks, including several in the Bay area that have rolled out mobile-banking services.
