China Banks told to increase ATM security for Olympics

Bernama (Malaysia): China's central bank and Public Security Ministry have ordered banks to beef up security against credit card fraud ahead of the Olympic Games in Beijing in August. Banks also were told to improve security of automated teller machines and point of sales terminals according to a joint circular released Wednesday by the People's Bank of China and the ministry.
