Finextra: Cashbox ATM Systems Ltd. has been granted permission to appeal part of a legal decision that found Cashbox had knowingly received and used information about Hanco ATM Systems Ltd.'s trading practices. Cashbox and Carl Thomas, Cashbox's founder and former chief executive, were ordered in February to pay Hanco £150,000 (U.S. $304,900) in addition to Hanco's costs associated with appeal totaling £49,760 (U.S. $101,200). Cashbox says it should only pay for nominal recovery.
