Cardtronics offers 16.7 million shares in IPO

The Associated Press:Cardtronics Inc. says it plans to raise $115 million in an initial public offering of 16.7 million shares of common stock. Cardtronics plans to offer 8.33 million shares, while a group of selling stockholders, including some members of the company's senior management, will offer 8.33 million shares. Cardtronics expects the offering to price between $14 and $16 per share. The Houston-based company filed a preliminary prospectus with the SEC in September, but did not disclose any terms. The company has applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "CATM."
