Campus ATM sees little usage

The (Oakland, Calif.) Mills Campanil: The ATM on the campus of Mills College in Oakland, Calif., is not used as much as school officials had hoped. The ATM generates an average of 250 transactions per month, a relatively low number for a campus of more than 1,400 students.
