B of A increases ATM fees

Portland(Ore.) Business Journal: Bank of America Corp. is increasing ATM fees at its banking centers and in-store locations for non-customers to $3 in most U.S. markets.The fee does not apply in the Chicago market, where Charlotte, N.C.-based Bank of America customers do not have to pay to use the bank's ATMs, nor will the increase be put into place at off-site Bank of America ATM locations such as malls, airports, colleges and convenience stores. Non-customers will continue to pay a $2 surcharge at those locations.
