ATMIA issues call for speakers for 2020 US conference

May 16, 2019

The ATM Industry Association has issued a call for speakers for its 2020 AMTIA U.S. conference and expo to be held Feb. 11–13 at Hilton Americas-Houston, according to a press release.

ATMIA is inviting professionals and executives from all disciplines and backgrounds in banking, independent ATM operations, manufacturing, payments and card issuing to submit their ideas for presenting case studies, best practices and industry trends in three designated subject matter tracks for the conference:

  • Financial institution.
  • IAD and ISO.
  • ATM industry.

Speaking slots will be available for three types of sessions:

  • Breakout sessions address a wide variety of topics that range from technology innovations and security concerns to regulatory compliance and business management.  The program will designate sessions that are more relevant to banks and credit unions versus IADs and ISOs.
  • General sessions cover topics of interest to a broad segment of attendees.
  • Pre-conference workshops provide a platform for detailed and interactive discussion — typically involving multiple speakers — in three-hour sessions held prior to the official start of the conference.

Confirmed speakers receive a complimentary full registration to the conference, but are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs. Companies within the industry that would like a speaking slot must sponsor or exhibit at the conference.

ATMIA will accept completed forms for prospective speakers through Wednesday, June 26. Speakers and topics will be selected by ATMIA staff and speaker committee members.
