ATM World, Atlas ATM name Fred Wich CEO

NEW YORK — ATM World Corp. and Atlas ATM Corp. have named former Bantek West, which was later renamed Pendum Inc., founder and principal owner Frederick Wich the new chief executive for both companies.
Actively involved in the ATM industry for more than 15 years, Wich served as vice chairman at Bantek West and then held the same position at Pendum after the company's renaming. Pendum in June was sold to Bayside Captial.
According to a news release, Alex Mubarez, the current chairman of ATM World and Atlas ATM, is expected to remain chairman of both companies, focusing on the advancement of each company's core technologies and working to expand domestic market opportunities.
"We are excited about adding Fred to our management team," Mubarez said. "Fred's extraordinary leadership and depth of experience growing entrepreneurial companies into larger players will help us lay the foundation for the next phase of growth for both companies. Under Fred's leadership, we hope to take ATM World and Atlas ATM to the next level as major national ATM players."
