ATM ISO Payment Alliance International acquires Comdata Processing Systems

Payment Alliance International has announced the acquisition of the merchant processing business of Comdata Processing Systems.
 
According to a news release from PAI, the acquisition includes 5,000 merchant locations throughout theUnited Statesand more than 50 independent sales organizations. CPS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Stored Value Solutions.
 
John J. Leehy III, CEO of PAI, said "the CPS team has built wonderful relationships with an impressive list of regional and national clients. We couldn't be more pleased with the transaction and are looking forward to making all the PAI payment programs available to those customers."
 
CPS operations are located inLouisville,Ky., andBrentwood,Tenn.PAI will retain the majority of CPS personnel to ensure stability and continuity in daily operations. Current CPS clients will now have access to the entire array of PAI products and services.
 
PAI serves more than 60,000 customers and 600 market partners in theUnited States.
