ATM fees in Scotland come under fire

The Scotsman:Scottish National Party trade and industry spokesman Mike Weir has launched a scathing attack on the United Kingdom's "scandalous" proliferation of fee-charging ATMs. More than a third of Scotland's ATMs are estimated to charge fees, with customers paying more than £1 million ($1.79 million) a month in fees.
