ATD teams with Louisiana FCU on ATM outsourcing solution

GNO Federal Credit Union has tapped Automated Transaction Delivery for turnkey management of its on- and off-premises fleet.

Automated Transaction Delivery, a Louisiana-based ATM technology integrator, has partnered with GNO Federal Credit Union to provide turnkey management for the CU's ATM locations throughout the New Orleans metro area.

GNO, a 17,000-member FCU with more than $108 million in assets, approached ATD more than a year ago about adding off-premises ATMs to support its growing member base, according to a press release. However, the FI's concerns about the age and costs associated with its ATM program ultimately resulted in its decision to outsource the entire fleet.

"Utilizing the services of ATD gives us the ability to spend more of our time and resources on members' needs, while continuing to offer ATM services that have improved marketing messages and are compliant with ever-changing regulations," GNO CEO Janet Sanders said in the release.

ATD's managed solutions program gave GNO a full line of ATM functionality to choose from, without the headaches of implementation and ongoing management/support of their ATM fleet.

ATD said its proprietary ATM technology platform delivers the full spectrum of ATM functionality — from cash-dispensing to remote video teller assistance.
