November 1, 2007
HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. - Paragon Application Systems, provider of electronic-payment simulation, configuration and testing tools, has licensed its ATMulator Plus and FASTest software to Arvest Bank, a regional bank serving Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas and Arkansas. Arvest will use Paragon's software to make transaction flow changes to its ATMs as well as to conduct comprehensive testing of its ePayment systems.
Arvest Bank is upgrading its host-system software and is using FASTest for regression testing to ensure that changes to host-system software are accurate prior to putting them into production.
According to a news release, Arvest also is using ATMulator Plus to make changes in ATM transaction flow. With ATMulator Plus, the bank expect to speed their development cycle and reduce errors.
"Paragon software allows us to do quicker and more accurate testing," said Rick Wood, Arvest's delivery systems manager. "We can set up as many test scripts as we want and use them multiple times as needed. We can also easily make updates to our ATM screens and test the entire transaction flow prior to uploading the configuration files to the ATM."
