Elan Financial Services has been around for more than 40 years, and in those four decades the company's customer base has gradually shifted from almost 100 percent FIs to around 40 percent IADs. To serve the unique needs of independent deployers, Elan has introduced a number of IAD-targeted programs and services.
For instance, within the past year, the company released a mobile application that keeps operators connected to their network anytime, anyplace.
More recently, the company introduced a web portal for customers that allows them to pay their downstream clients directly through the Elan website — at no charge.
At ATMIA US 2013, Steve Gernes of Elan spoke about these and other services the company has added to help IADs lower their costs and serve their customers more effectively.
