System doesn't bog users down with data about what's working, but alerts them about what isn't working.

At ATMIA US 2013, David Johnson of Fiserv talked about the new web-based interface the company has added to its device manager tool.
The solution streamlines tracking of ATM incidents and workflows, so that it doesn't bog down the user with data about operations that are working as they're supposed to, but only flags service event exceptions, notifying the customer when things aren't going as they should.
The tool also offers analytics that can be used to correct problems. Users can generate sophisticated reports and analyze these to identify patterns of exceptions, ultimately helping to drive greater productivity and cost-efficiency in the ATM fleet.
