Diebold Inc.'s Scott Harroff, the company's chief information security architect, says financial institutions of all sizes are looking to service providers and OEMs for integrated security solutions that can be outsourced, rather than managed in-house.

ATMmarketplace.com caught up with Harroff last week in Boston at Diebold's Integrated Services Symposium, which ran during the same time as BAI's Retail Delivery Conference & Expo.
