Zenmonics, a provider of technology services and licensed solutions for the global financial services market, has selected the ESQ OperationsBridge platform for the deployment of comprehensive in-branch kiosk management services at some of its largest banking clients, according to a press release.
Zenmonics is actively deploying OperationsBridge to support their new self-service and assisted in-branch kiosk platform at a large international bank. This deployment will include management of the enterprise kiosks from multiple hardware vendors using one centralized platform.
ESQ OperationsBridge is the only enterprise-grade solution that is multivendor, multitenant and deployable on an ATM or kiosk estate of any size, the company said. The platform currently runs on more than 250,000 ATMs at 37 financial institutions around the world and, according to the release, can help financial institutions reduce annual operating costs by more than 30 percent.
