Wunram joins Wincor as new CFO

PADERBORN, Germany - Jürgen Wunram has been appointed to theWincor Nixdorf International board of directors, effective March 1, as the company's chief financial officer.
Wunram replaces Eckard Heidloff, who will assume the role of president and chief executive officer in January, following the retirement of CEO Karl Heinz-Stiller.
Wunram has been involved in the corporate development of Wincor since 1993.
He holds a doctorate in mathematics from theUniversity of Hamburg.
In 1992, he joined Hamburg, Germany-basedMcKinsey & Company. His focus there has been on strategy consulting forhigh-tech enterprises. In 1993 he was appointed director. Hecurrently manages the consultancy's Hamburg office.
