Worldline, a provider of payment and transactional services, and Auriga, a provider of omnichannel banking solutions, have announced an agreement under which Worldline will distribute Auriga WinWebServer ATM software as an extension to the Worldline Pay Front Office platform.
Worldline Pay Front Office is an open switching and authorization platform designed to deliver high availability and performance across a range of payment channels, a news release from the companies said.
WWS ATM is a multivendor ATM software platform that supports the introduction of feature-rich banking services at ATM and Kiosk devices while delivering reductions in operational and technology costs, Auriga said.
The combined products answer a growing demand (as predicted by banking analysts at RBR) for multivendor ATM management and monitoring.
Further, the companies said, this type of sophisticated and powerful multivendor software presents a reasonably cost-effective way for bank managers to upgrade the efficiency and customer experience of their fleet without device turnover.
"By partnering with Auriga, Worldline continues to provide the best in breed products our customers demand," said Wolf Kunisch, managing director of the financial processing and licensing business at Worldline.
"We are delighted to establish this partnership with Worldline to extend the market reach of our ATM solution," said Auriga CEO Vincenzo Fiore.
Auriga is a top international software solutions company, specialized in end-to-end systems that integrate the various delivery channels used in retail and internet banking.
