Wis. bank signs ATM, debit deal with Pulse

HOUSTON — Guaranty Bank, a $2 billion bank based in Brown Deer, Wis., has extended its participation in the Pulse ATM/debit network to exclusively use Pulse for PIN-debit transactions at the point of sale.
According to a news release, the bank also expects to use Pulse for ATM transactions and gateway services.
Guaranty Bank operates more than 175 branches in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota and Georgia, and has more than 300 ATMs.
"The continuation of Guaranty Bank's relationship with Pulse under this new exclusive agreement represents a vote of confidence, not only in Pulse's national acceptance but in the level of service we provide our financial institution customers on a daily basis," said Leah Henderson, Pulse' executive vice president.
