Wincor signed for Turkey's biggest ATM replacement project

PADERBORN, Germany - Wincor Nixdorf won Turkey's largest ATM replacement project with Ziraatbank and Halkbank - Turkey's top two financial institutions. According to a news release, the FIs will have 1,100 ProCash 2050xe and 50 ProCash 2150xe ATMs with check-cash deposit modules installed by the end of July.

The monofunction ProCash 2050xe and multifunction ProCash 2150xe CCDM ATMs offer customers a whole range of service functionality. Equipped with up to four cassettes, the ATMs can dispense and deposit cash, provide account balance information and carry out bank transfers.

Ziraatbank, the largest bank in Turkey, has ordered 800 systems with Halkbank, the No. 2 bank, which is ordering 350. The first 600 machines have already been installed in Ziraatbank.

The order increases Wincor's share of the Turkish market by 22 percent.
