Wincor Nixdorf has announced the release of a new version of its PC/E Direct Marketing software, a multi-channel one-to-one marketing solution within the Wincor Nixdorf ProClassic Enterprise Suite. The latest direct marketing software iteration adds digital signage control and a redesigned console.
The cleanly designed dashboard-style console shows what digital marketing is running on what terminal, as well as the online or data transfer status of the device, according to a Wincor announcement. The software also enables customized time control and design of advertising campaigns. The solution can even be run in offline mode, to ensure continuous availability of terminals.
Ad-hoc changes can be made or up-to-date advertising messages posted easily working with a user-friendly graphical interface, said Wincor Nixdorf. This allows speedy implementation of new promotional offerings — for instance, new account concepts, holiday offers, or special mobile phone rates.
Because it integrates with existing CRM systems, banks can use the solution to make tailored offers to their customers and personalize their pitch. All common media formats, such as photos, flash files and videos, can be integrated to create the digital advertisements.
In addition to their own products and services, banks can also advertise offerings from third-party marketers in various output media.
"PC/E Direct Marketing enables banks and external advertising partners to convey tailored messages to their customers and so achieve far higher response rates than with traditional forms of promotion like banners or ads," said Frank Dilio from the product management office at Wincor Nixdorf.
