Wincor inks ATM deal with China Construction Bank

PADERBRON, Germany - Wincor Nixdorf International has received an order from China Construction Bank for a solution package comprising self-service systems and software. The bank, one of the four largest Chinese banks, has awarded Wincor a follow-up contract for 900 ATMs.

The software solution, which allows online monitoring, is expected to be launched across 350 systems that include multivendor ATM hardware.

According to a news release, Wincor also will assume responsibility for servicing the machines.

The order includes ProCash 2000xe, ProCash 2050xe and ProCash 2150xe systems.

ProView will be used to monitor system states, distribute the software from a central point of administration, and create statistics on performance. Currently on five continents, ProView is used to monitor more than 60,000 terminals (ATMs, statement printers, postage stamp dispensers and ticket terminals).
