What's driving trends in branch transformation? Take the survey

ATM Marketplace is currently conducting a survey examining causes of disruption to the traditional branch model, and changes in the self-service channel and the teller platform that have resulted from branch transformation
Additionally, the survey asks what financial institutions expect from service automation and how they envision its place in the branch of the future.
The anonymous questionnaire is open to all providers of financial services and products, and can be completed in approximately 10 minutes.
A final report presenting survey results and analysis will be shared as a free download at ATM Marketplace. The project is sponsored by Auriga, a European supplier of software and solutions for omnichannel banking and branch transformation.
