What do FIs want from omnichannel marketing systems? Take the survey

ATM Marketplace is currently conducting a survey to better understand financial institutions' preferences in marketing systems. The anonymous survey is open to all providers of financial services and products and can be completed in less than 10 minutes.

The survey asks whether FIs believe that targeted marketing and promotions must change as customers increasingly adopt digital banking solutions.

Additionally, the survey aims to determine what portion of the banking industry is using omnichannel systems and whether these FIs' marketing systems behave consistently across all channels.

And finally, the survey seeks insight as to the features FIs expect in a marketing system and how they view the role of marketing technology in the bank of the future.
