Wausau sells reseller operation

MOSINEE, Wis. - Wausau has agreed to sell its Associated Reseller Group operation, a division that specializes in self-service/ATM solutions, to Lansworth Enterprise Solutions.
Terms of the sale were not announced.
According to a news release, Tom Oden, formerly the vice president of Associated Reseller Group, created Lansworth Enterprise Solutions. Oden is expected to lead Lansworth, keeping the former Associated Reseller Group and its management team intact at its base in Minneapolis.
Lansworth Enterprise Solutions will continue as an NCR Corp. master value-added Reseller.
"WAUSAU has established a strategic direction that is focused on providing innovative and proven software solutions and services for our customers," said Nancy Langer, president of enterprise financial solutions for Wausau. "We are excited to have the opportunity to work with Lansworth Enterprise Solutions in a continued relationship to mutually refer business between our companies, such as Wausau's ATM Image Remote Capture solution."
