Wachovia to expand loyalty rewards

The Wise Marketer: Wachovia Bank has launched a new Visa-based retail credit card that offers an expanded rewards program that combines debit and credit card loyalty points. Features include no annual fees, competitive interest rates, annual automatic waivers of one late fee, and over-limit fee and fraud protection.
