Vietnam card system joins global network

(Vietnam) Nhan Dan: Eastern Asia Commercial Bank and Citibank, a subsidiary of Citigroup, have partnered to link the Vietnam Bank Card system to Citibank's global card network. The move is expected to help EAB's cardholders gain access to Citibank ATMs worldwide.
