VIDEO: Failed attempt at ATM theft

(Alexandria, La.) KALB-TV, Channel 5: Police in Okarche, Okla., are looking for two bank robbers.The crooks tried to steal an ATM at the First Bank of Okarche using a truck and chain.When they hit the gas, the chain tightened and the top of the ATM popped off.
