Vcom kiosks at 7-Eleven show 43% increase in shared-branch transactions
May 19, 2009
CUNA: 7-Eleven's Vcom kiosks for shared-branching show that transaction volumes are up 43 percent from a year ago, and transaction surges have been as high as 9 percent each week since December. Credit unions that have closed branches have directed members to the Vcoms. The units are "virtual commerce" kiosks, which means members can perform any financial transaction they could at a credit union branch.
