U.S. Bank, Phoenix Interactive to expand Prodigy ATM rollout

August 18, 2005

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - U.S. Bank and Phoenix Interactive Design announced in an Aug. 18 news release that Prodigy ATM (powered by Phoenix's VISTAatm) has celebrated successful deployment and garnered favorable customer and employee feedback in the Cincinnati, Phoenix, Minneapolis-St. Paul and Portland marketplaces - setting the stage for further rollout.

U.S. Bank has chosen VISTAatm by Phoenix for its ATM network software replacement project for the bank's network of ATMs. In addition to moving to a Microsoft Windows operating platform, U.S. Bank has introduced several new features including audio-assisted ATM via 'text to speech' technology and the ability for all U.S. Bank customers to customize and save their personal "fast cash" preferences. VISTAatm also has enabled U.S. Bank ATMs to offer customers true one-to-one messaging and marketing capabilities.

"Our new generation of ATMs integrate customization and information delivery with ATM transactions," said Patty Henneke, vice president of ATM Banking at U.S. Bank. "Customers will have access to targeted offers, customized personal 'fast cash' preferences, and more. These ATMs provide a faster, easier to use, and more personal experience."
