U.S. Alliance Group signs ATM deal with Pendum

DENVER — Pendum LLC, the nation's largest independent provider of ATM maintenance and armored services, has announced a new business contract with California-based U.S. Alliance Group Inc., a national processing services provider for POS terminals.

According to a news release, Pendum will provide cash replenishment and first and second line maintenance services for approximately 90 U.S. Alliance Group ATM's throughout Tennessee.

"Pendum is the only independent national operation that can provide both armored and maintenance services for ATMs," said U.S. Alliance senior vice president Greg Mahoney. "They call this 'The Value of One,' and in our view, it gave them a significant advantage in earning our business."

Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
