Unistone changes name to Cash Systems

MINNEAPOLIS -- Cash Systems, Inc., a provider of cash access solutions and systems for the gaming industry, formerly trading as Unistone (OTC Bulletin Board: UNSN - news), has changed its name from Unistone Inc. to Cash Systems, Inc. The company's OTC Bulletin Board symbol also has been changed, to "CSHS,' effective today.

Cash Systems said that current members of its senior management team will continue in their present assignments, including Craig Potts as chief executive officer, Chris Larson as chief financial officer and Jack Kocienski as executive vice president and director of national sales.

Potts said, "Our reorganization agreement with Unistone and the commencement of public trading of Cash Systems common stock is now complete. Each member of our management team has played an instrumental role in bringing our organization to this exciting juncture, and is committed to further building our business and serving our new shareholders with long-term profitable growth."

Minneapolis-based Cash Systems, Inc. was founded in 1997 as a regional ATM provider and has since gone on to develop and market products for the gaming industry, including proprietary cash advance systems, ATMs and check cashing solutions.

According to a company news release, the products are currently utilized by over 160 retail and gaming locations in 14 states and the Bahamas. Clients include Argosy Gaming Company, Inc., Autotote Enterprises, Inc., Crystal Palace Marriott and the Frontier Hotel & Casino.
